Investment Objective: The Strategy seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns through the allocation of capital towards a portfolio of diversified cryptocurrencies that Lotus Capital believes will generate attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Lockup: 24 Hours

Fees and Expenses: 10% performance fee paid to Lotus Capital

Distributions: Lotus Capital, at its sole and absolute discretion, may make distributions of principle and/or vault revenue, if any, to vault participants on a pro rata basis.

Risk Management: Through the use of disciplined hedging, fundamental, and relative value investing principles, Lotus Capital believes it can manage the portfolio to assist in the mitigation of inherent volatility present in speculative digital assets.
